Coordinator: Jan Smyth
(janzeek@hotmail.com)
The group meets to explore some event or place on the Peninsula,
usually the fourth or last Friday of the month. Lunch at a nearby
restaurant precedes or follows the meeting. All members and friends
are welcome to attend the events. If you’d like to be on the
e-mail contact list for additions or last minute changes and reminders,
e-mail janzeek@hotmail.com.
Lunch Art Tour
Friday, December 11 at 11:30 a.m.
We will meet for lunch at the Trailside Cafe and Coffee House, 550
Wave Street (down some stairs) at 11:30. They will give us individual
checks, but don’t take credit cards, so bring enough cash
to cover. There is a parking lot next to the cafe.
After lunch we will visit The Monterey Peninsula Art Foundation
Gallery (a cooperative gallery run by local artists) which is just
a short walk on the trail at 425 Cannery Row, and the Dick Crispo
Gallery right next door. After that we will be on our own to further
explore other Cannery Row sites if we wish. Please E mail reservations
to christyyarr@comcast.net
